American Outpatient Clinics Terms of Service (“Agreement”)

This Agreement was last modified on February 16, 2017. Please read these Terms of Service completely using aoclinics.com which is owned and operated by American Outpatient Clinics. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at aoclinics.com. By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes to This Agreement

American Outpatient Clinics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the American Outpatient Clinics site immediately.

Package Pricing

    • The pricing of any advertised service or procedure may vary from Event to Event and no refund or adjustment will be made due to change in pricing from Event to Event. The customer has to visit the website when required for latest pricing.
    • Package Promotions is valid only when advance full payment is made for the package (installment will void package price).
    • Appointments subject to availability.
    • Due to limited availability if you do not confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance the appointment will be offered to the next person on the waiting list, will also void the session you purchased (must cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid losing you prepaid session).
    • All packages bought online or in the clinic are valid for one year from date of purchase and we have no obligation to provide the service once it is expired.

Payment

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. (Before including this statement, SSL certificate must be activated on the website) The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the right of any service purchased. If no payment is received, no service will be rendered.

Delivery Of Service

All procedures and services purchased will only be rendered in the premises of American Outpatient Clinics, Dubai. Voucher purchased must be presented at time of service, all services are rendered on appointment bases. See appointment policies below. Aoclinics.com (American Outpatient Clinics ) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Appointment Policies

All services are rendered on appointment bases and the customer has the responsibility to book appointment by calling 04 285 5546 or request an appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance otherwise customer forfeit any rights for a refund.

Points & Reward

  • Every 50 points qualify for 1 AED discount on your next purchase.
  • Point & rewards apply to our website purchases only AND may not be used or earned in office.
  • Points & rewards expire and invalidated one year after purchase.
  • Points & rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed in cash.

Refund/Return Policy

Due to the nature of the business, no refunds will be made once service has been rendered or due to none compliance with appointment cancellation policy. Packages are designed to give customer deal discount and are nonrefundable once first sessions are rendered. The price paid for a package cannot be divided on number of sessions, refunds are honored only if for unforeseen circumstances client cannot continue with the treatment due relocation or health issues, in these circumstances any used sessions will be calculated at the current retail none discounted price multiplied by session used, then deducted from originally paid price and the remaining balance will be refunded. A full refund will be made if the client was found on the day of service medically not suitable for the procedure or we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances in which case we will either reschedule the appointment or the customer may demand to receive a full refund. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Payment Cancellation Policy

An item may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Complaints and Disputes

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any complaints about service may be sent to our support team: support@aoclinics.com or 04 285 5546. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

Legalities

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website (Age of consent is mentioned as per the applicable law). The information contained in this website is provided to you “AS IS”, for your information purpose only, without warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This information could contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and information will be changed, updated and deleted without notice. American Outpatient Clinics may make enhancements and/or changes in the products and/or services described in this material at any time. In no event will American Outpatient Clinics be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other types of damages for use of this website including specifically, but not exclusively, any business interruption, loss of data or any lost profit.
